In 1418 Prince Henry the Navigator began a school for navigators in Sagres, Portugal. Its purpose was to equip people to explore uncharted sea routes off the coast of Africa. Sagres means “consecrated“. Sagres House is dedicated to “exploring the uncharted routes” in organizations, to help people change how they think, change their conversations, find their own voice, and create community. We listen to people talk about their passions and help them create programs to meet their goals.

Creating Community

"...their hearts were mutually linked to one another, sharing communion, and coming together regularly for prayer." Acts 1:42

Change How You Think

"And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is acceptable and perfect." Romans 12:2

Change Your Conversations

"Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person." Colossians 4:6

Find Your Voice

"...And great was the company of women who published the good news." Psalm 68:11
